Replacement battery does not charge
Hi everyone,
I just recently purchased a replacement battery for my bose SL 3 speaker as a first time replacement project. Now i bought the one from iFixit to have a trusted device at hand. After removing the old battery, and installing the new one, however the following happens:
When charging, the speaker displays the usual yellow charging light. However, even after hours plugged, it does not turn green. When removing the plug the speaker has no battery charge and does nothing. I checked the model compatability from the ifixit store and my model, and it matches to the compatible ones: 359495
After removing and reinstalling the replacement it still does the same. Any ideas on this or will a return be necessary?

@luchoh what was the issue with the old battery? Can you reinstall that and see if the behavior is different then the replacement battery? If so you know it is possibly the new battery.

Well the issue with the old battery was abysmal bad remaining capacity.
Thanks for the reply. Will re-try it again to confirm. Just wanted to get some additional experuences with it !
