5-pin mini din 12v 5v ac/dc adapter replacement

Hi folks

Anyone knows the order for the pins in this device? This is an OWC - External firewire DVD drive. I want to know the correct order for the cable for this device.

Should be like this?

At the leff side all the pins should be 5V.

At the right side the pins at 1Pm, 3pm are the ground/RTN and the at 5pm should be at 12v.

I appreciate for any tips or ideas.

What is the model number of the dvd drive?

Open up the case and check if there's any information on the board that the connector is mounted on e.g. fuse for each supply or voltage rating on a capacitor connected to the supply rail e.g. if there are any for the 12V rail it might be 16V and for the 5V it may be 6V or 10V. That is if there are any electrolytic capacitors be used and not smd type etc
