I got a new a battery for my 3ds and the charger works but when I put my it on charge it doesn’t charge and it doesn’t turn on and nothing wrong with the charging port

Maybe the new battery is faulty.
Is there a way to test it in another 3DS?
It could be the fuse which need to be replaced.
Does it turn on? If not, try another battery first, if that didn’t work, then open it up and check the fuses.

How can I tell if a fuse has popped
By doing a continuity test with your multimeter. The fuses are located with “F” on the motherboard!
