No sign life when I power it on.

When I press the power button, no life, no blue light, no popping, nothing. When I plug it in, the orange charging light turns on, but nothing happens when i press the power button. I have taken all the ribbon cables out and put them back in to no avail, I got a new abxy/battery pcb but that didn't change anything, and I don't know where to start with checking fuses on the main pcb to see if something is dead there. It was functioning a week ago but I had to disassemble it to measure some things, then replaced the screen, none of the top half cables are torn because I put Kapton tape on all of them to be super careful and checked them often during reassembly. I do not have any leads as to what the issue might be.
