How can I fix the my tablet Huawei mate10,AGR-L09

Hello, I have a tablet, Huawei Mate T10, model AGR-09. It suddenly turned off, it won't turn on or charge, sometimes when I press the power or volume button, it flashes red a few times and there is no signal. Please help me.
