iFixit is largely driven by user contributions, so if you want a repair tutorial and you're doing the work anyway, you might consider taking lots of pictures as you work and using them to create your own iFixit guide to your repair. It's easy, fun and will earn the appreciation of the repair community; especially those who come after you with the same problem you have.
