Who do i contact i received a horrible 3d print of the bumper replacement. One of the attaching clips is broken and will not work

If you bought the part from iFixit, you'll want to contact the iFixit Store personnel directly by emailing them at support@ifixit.com. This being the repair forum, the store folks don't tend to hang out here and probably won't see your question.

It was my first time buying from ifixit and so far it's not a good experience, the lack of quality control is obnoxious for a company who specializes in repairing your stuff.
