Data cuts out on new ps4
My last PS4 overheated & I seamingly succesfully transfered the data onto my new ps4. which boiled down to WWE 2k25. It still cuts off though its brand new today , just so happens if I play a wrestler I created myself but every website I visited says its NoT a data problem but overheating . Not tech minded but . I could delete the created data but if its not that , I got a hellava lot of re-downloading to do.for nothing.

Okay, so do you receive any error codes? There is a big difference between an overheated system, and data issues.
Is the PS4 blowing before it turns off? Is the PS4 up to date?
Please keep in mind if it is brand new, you still have warranty on it. So opening the PS4 is not recommended.
So please describe what is happening before it turns off. Thanks!
