I forgot my lock screen password Infinix zero ultra

So my phone got broken so I go to the repair store and got it fix for days then when I got it back I forgot the password of the lock screen so I was told that it's going to get fix but need to erase all data on my phone but one thing is I don't have any account in that phone and I need the things inside that phone so please help me with how can that be fix without erasing the data inside and my phone is "Infinix zero ultra"
