This explains how to disassemble, but it's completely unnecessary as you can access the pump seal which leaks by going through the bottom and just unscrew the pump screws to refit the gasket. See other posts on this site.

bill sully, great instructions from here :"You will need to flip your unit on its side for the repair procedure. Lay cloths or paper towels underneath the unit, as it will leak from the K-CUP arm.

when my coffee maker is dispensing coffee into the cup, it does not come out in one stream but several streams causing coffee to leak all over the counter once the drip basked fills up. Is there a fix for this problem as these coffee pots costs quite a bit of money.
