Nikon Coolpix S3300 lens jam + not starting

Hi all, I have a Nikon Coolpix S3300 from when I was young that I started using again last year. In the fall it fell off of a bunk bed onto the floor while on, and the lens is now jammed about halfway out. It no longer turns on, but every once in a while when I try the power button flashes green once and then stops. I have tried tapping sand out, re inserting the battery, etc. but nothing has helped. I have the tools to open up the camera's interior if I need to do anything in there to fix it. Any advice would be great!
