Swapped jdm 055 board and nothing works now

Hey so i have a scuf infinity 4ps pro. i damaged the jdm 055 trying to change an analog stick. i bought a bran new ds4 controller and took the jdm 055 board out of it and put it in my controller. nothing works now. doesnt turn on no lights nothing. pc doesnt recognize it. plzzzzz help

Could be anything! Are you sure that the USB board has been properly connected to the motherboard (also the correct way)?
