What is the model number of your dishwasher? Asko makes quite a few different ones, and getting you the correct answer depends on which one you have.
Knowing the model number is essential in this case, as a general search for Asko dishwasher error codes shows that most Asko DW's use error codes that start with "F" rather than "E", so we'll need to confirm.
The only result I came up with that seems to be close is a video on YouTube describing an Asko DW with an E10 error code. They claim it's a water level sensor error, which could be the sensor itself, the wiring going to it, or an issue with the control board. The only real helpful information they have to offer is to tell you to turn off the dishwasher, unplug it for a full minute, then plug it back in and see of that helps. If not, they say you should then call a technician. :-/

A search for Asko documentation on your dishwasher turned up a user manual, which includes a troubleshooting section listing error codes.

the problem persists, call the service department.
The Care and cleaning section has this information on clearing the drainage pump.
=== Unblocking the drainage pump ===
If the dishwasher still contains water after the program has finished, something may be blocking the
drainage pump. Such blockages are easily removed.
- Turn off the machine using the main power switch and unplug it from the wall socket.
- Remove the coarse filter and the fine filter.
- Scoop out the water from the dishwasher tub.
- In order to inspect the drainage pump, remove the coloured stop on the right in the bottom drain.
- Turn the pump wheel located behind the drainage pump stop by hand. Carefully remove any items.
- Refit the drainage pump stop along with the fine and coarse filters.
- Plug the machine in again.
If the dishwasher still does not start and a whirring sound is heard, the overflow protection has
been activated
