Why my Asus A15 Touchpad Guesture Not work?

When I leave my laptop turned off for a long time (1-2 hours), its   Touchpad Guesture stops working. when i restart it When I restart it works perfectly, but when the problem occurs ,at that time  touchpad  Option from the settings is not visible. give me solution please.
