Why is my WiFi and mobile hotspot not turning on?
Any time I try to turn on my mobile hotspot and WiFi it doesn't work

Well try the following it might help you in fixing the issue:
1. Restart Your Phone
2. Check for Software Updates
3. Disable Power-Saving Mode
4. Reset Network Settings:

Check if Bluetooth is working.
If Bluetooth is also not working, it could be a hardware issue. Since Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and hotspot are all generated by the same IC, there may be a power issue or a short circuit in the Wi-Fi IC circuit."
