usb-c to headphone jack cable not working :(

hi guys. I don't even know if this is worth trying to fix but I got a cheap headphone jack to usb-c cord to use with my headphones a little bit ago, and less than a week later the usb-c end got bent and just completely pulled out of the cable. I looked inside and there's a bunch of short, stiff wires in there. I tried to just slide it back on and use it as normal but it obviously wasn't working. it's probably just garbage atp but if there's some way to fix it, please let me know.

If it was cheap, and by the sounds of what happened it probably is, I'd bin it pal and buy a new one. Maybe better quality. You get what you pay for as they say. You could always try and solder the older one as a bit of practice.
