What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?

What OS is installed in the laptop, Win7, Win8.1, Win10, Win11, Linux etc?

If there's Win7, Win8.1 or Win10 installed and they're the -32bit versions of the OS (not the -64bit version) then it's no use having more than 4GB of ram as the OS won't use it.
