1 board power but she is not turning on ASUS Z97M G30AK
I bought this board for $25, but soon discovered it was dead. After plugging in the 24-pin connector, I noticed the board started to feel warm. During a visual inspection, I found that a MOSFET labeled PQ301 seemed to be shorted. I removed it, but there's still no sign of life from the motherboard — even though the CPU and RAM are known to be working and i can included a board view of this mobo . and If you can offer any advice or suggestions, I’d really appreciate it!

@oubayd what exact make and model number is the motherboard? Post some pictures of the complete board, the location of the failed MOSFET etc. That way we can see what you see and hopefully help you out further. Adding images to an existing question
