Hi @rizkinugraha

If Win10 (or Win11) is installed in your laptop and if you have access to another known working Win10 (or Win11) PC create a Windows Recovery disc from the known working PC.

All you need is an 8GB USB flashdrive and 1-2 hours of time.

In the host PC go to Control Panel > Recovery > Create a recovery drive and follow the prompts.

When you have the Recovery USB, insert it into your laptop and then start the laptop and press the F12 key (or Fn +F12) and change the boot order to USB 1st option.

The laptop should then boot from the Recovery USB into the Windows Recovery Environment menus.

When in the WRE menus click on Troubleshooting > Advanced > Startup Repair and follow the prompts.

Note: Be careful if you decide to select Reset this PC instead, because if you select the wrong option next you may erase all your personal data as Windows will be reinstalled.

@rizkinugraha

I can't read a file that is on your computer.

Try checking the HDD as described in this article . Scroll down to "How to run Lenovo's Hardware Diagnostic Tool:" and check if that shows anything.

Not sure about this as I don't know Lenovo that well
