Hi @rizkinugraha

If Win10 (or Win11) is installed in your laptop and if you have access to another known working Win10 (or Win11) PC create a Windows Recovery disc from the known working PC.

All you need is an 8GB USB flashdrive and 1-2 hours of time.

In the host PC go to ''Control Panel > Recovery > Create a recovery drive'' and follow the prompts.

When you have the Recovery USB, insert it into your laptop and then start the laptop and press the F12 key (or Fn +F12) and change the boot order to USB 1st option.

The laptop should then boot from the Recovery USB into the ***W***indows ***R***ecovery ***E***nvironment menus.

When in the WRE menus click on ''Troubleshooting > Advanced > Startup Repair'' and follow the prompts.

''Note:'' Be careful if you decide to select ''Reset this PC'' instead, because if you select the wrong option next you may erase all your personal data as Windows will be reinstalled.
