Philips BDL4330QL vertical lines

@pfrossard31922 post a picture of the complete screen. Right now, it looks like the bottom 2-3 inches of your panels has no picture. It is not the vertical lines but you are missing the whole horizontal part of your screen.

Your screen is divided in a few equal segments in the horizontal direction (Rows) as well. Those are supplied via the Gate drivers. In your case it appears the Gate driver for the last row has failed. If your panel uses a small circuit board on the side of the panel it is a CoF (chip on film) and if not then it is possibly a CoG (Chip on Glass) those are very difficult to repair and may require shortening of a CKV line.
