My truck has multiple misfire

We need more information if you want help. To start with, we need to know what year and engine you have, otherwise can can't be sure of giving you the right answers.

Also, how do you know it has multiple misfires? Do you have trouble codes from the ECU? If so, what are they? Do the misfires occur on random cylinders or are there certain cylinders that misfire consistently?

What have you tried to diagnose and fix the problem? What did you find?
