Hi @johnpark56965
Could be due to a faulty WiFi card, loose/faulty WiFi cable connection to the main board (either end) or a faulty main board.
Here's the service manual that will help to isolate what the problem may be.
On p.25 of 99 it shows the location of the WiFi module.
On p.42 of 99 it shows the WiFi troubleshooting flowchart.
On p.51 of 99 it shows the A4 location procedure seen in the WiFi troubleshooting flowchart
on p.72 of 99 it shows the A24 location procedure seen in the WiFi troubleshooting flowchart.
If it is determined that the WiFi module is faulty, search online for EAT63435701 to find suppliers that suit you best. (examples only)
If it is the main board check what EAX+ EBU numbers are shown on a sticker on the board and then search for that number combination. This is because the board can be used in different models and locations so it's important to get the one that's relevant to your particular model and location i.e. TV was sold/bought in your location so the board is relevant to the TV broadcasting systems used where you are and not somewhere else that uses a different system
