We have used spectrophotometer from spectramax plus 384. But the device is given an error that called "open door error" in cuvette part. Can you offer the solution for the error? Can the spectrophotometer reset?

Try this solution from the operator manual
''If an error occurs while the drawer is closed and you need to open the drawer, press the Drawer key. If the drawer does not open, turn power to the instrument off and then on again.
If the drawer still remains closed, turn the power off and using your thumb nail, locate the groove in the upper left side wall of the door. Open the door, and with your index finger, pull the microplate drawer out of the instrument (do not force the drawer) and remove the microplate. This action will not harm the instrument, but should only be taken if the first two options have failed to open the drawer".

There is no problem drawer its spectrophotometer. The drawer is working. But "cuvette its spectrophotometer" has problem. This problem is called "door open". Can you offer a solution for that?
Check if there's a door switch associated with the door.
It could be just a magnetic sensor or even a light sensor that operates when the door is closed cutting off the light inside the drawer.
