Hello, how to fix this amazing automatic hair curler... it was amazing, some how it is not turning on... ...I tried to open but is quite impossible to open to fix it...
Any help please... if you wanna see the image, get the name and search on AliExpress... please help🙏🏻

I unscrew the 3 screws and tried to open but it did not open, pull the bottom where the cabe is and it did not came out... tried to twist head from body and nothing worked...😭😭😭

So, on the box only says Automatic Curling Iron NO WT-123 that's why I said to look for the description( Automatic Hair Curler Auto Hair Curling Iron Ceramic) on Aliexpress, here I can't send pictures and the product didn't came with much info...
