Black screen after replacing to new screen on Galaxy Tab s7

Hey, I had a cracked touch screen, and I bought a new screen(with LCD and touch screen).

After replacing the screen, I'm getting a black screen.

tried to disconnect the battery and return it, - not working

reset - not working

return the old screen(which have working LCD ) - not working- seeing black screen

Connect to HDMI - everything is working well.

What can I do next? All flex cable and connections look excellent
