There are several things that could affect the spinning action of the machine. In no set order, they are the shift actuator, the drive hub, the drive pulley or even the belt.
Here's the tech sheet for the washer.
Run the service diagnostic test as described on p.2 and check if any error codes are being shown by the tests. Check if any F7 E? codes are shown in particular as these mostly relate to the speed of the motor
On p.3 there's a Fault/Error Code Display Method table which shows how to interpret the status lights to know what the error code is, if there are any.
If there are go to p.6-p.7 to find the codes, their meaning and possible causes.
If you find the problem and it is due to a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.
Locate the wanted part in the list and note the manufacturer's part number for the part, that is shown with it. Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you best.
Sometimes if you're lucky, you can search on YouTube for (insert wanted part number) replacement to find videos on how to remove/replace the wanted part in the machine.
