Why is my audio jack hole cant work properly?

my 3.5mm jack audio hole is not working, i have many earphone and try a lot but still not work, someone that i know tell me that i need to change my bottom machine, is that true? my haptic feedback, both speaker, microphone is working properly but only this 3.5mm jack audio hole is not working

you could have damaged the jack with use, but dust and dirt get into the connection too. Did you try cleaning it? Toothpick might work. if it is damaged then a repair would be needed. Most people switch to wireless instead.
