Philippi elekrische systeme display PSM

hi,

Does anyone have any information on the Philippi display boards? (Used for monitoring water levels, power input/output etc, in marine vessels and motor homes).

Particularly interested in board PB80R15. I have a short circuit in it.

Think that I have the offending device (resistor, not near the other devices following) but need info on it & the diode & resistor on the DC input power.
