So either the system files got corrupted (damaged) or the drive has failed.

At this point I would try to recover the system OS files by just re-installing the OS (not altering the Apps or your Data).

Do you have access to another Mac system? And you will want a fresh 32GB Thumb drive which we can setup as an OS installer.

Try to re-seat the internal SSD 1st, This has worked for me in the past.
