If you mean that the laptop's power adapter port (aka DC-In jack) is faulty and needs replacing here's some information that will help.

The DC-In jack (example only to show the part) is hard mounted on the systemboard. Search online for Dell Latitude D610 DC-In jack to find suppliers that suit yo ubest. (examples only)

The systemboard will need to be removed from the laptop so that the connector can be unsoldered from the board and a new one soldered in its place.

Here's the service manual for the laptop. Go to p.35 (of 47 pdf) to view the procedure to remove/replace the systemboard.
