Hi @ammieallison

Here's the service manual that may help to find out what's wrong.

Since it doesn't work on either gas or electric, start by checking whether the DC voltage supply for the upper and lower circuit boards in the refrigerator, as shown on p.10 → p.12 in the manual is OK or not.

Note: If a blown fuse is the cause of the problem, usually fuses don't blow for no reason, so when replacing it, make sure that you get some extra fuses as the replacement fuse may blow again shortly afterwards if not sooner, indicating that there's another problem which is causing to blow.

my Dometic is a small one. It runs on Gas, DC or AC. On gas, I can hear the igniter spark till the gas lights up. The igniter is powered by DC which also powers the LEDs.

Since you have a check LED, you have DC either from the battery or an AC line thru the power module. Does it run on AC?

Lacking Gas, the heater is powered by the DC.

Mine has a circuit breaker for AC and a fuse for battery DC.

From my manual:

If the CHECK indicator lamp is illuminated the controls have failed to ignite the burner in the GAS mode. To restart an ignition attempt with the CHECK lamp illuminated (or to turn off the CHECK lamp), press the ON/OFF button OFF and back ON again. The control system activates the ignition system and makes three attempts to light the burner for a period of approximately 45 seconds at two minutes interval. Should 120 VAC become available while the CHECK indicator lamp is on, the CHECK lamp will not turn off until the ON/OFF button is pressed OFF and then ON again.
