- Buy a new one
- Open the phone
- Disconnect the battery
- Take it off (You may find it stuck with some glue)
- Put the new battery
- Connect the battery to the motherboard
- Close the phone
et voila

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
