Powers on but wont power off and more

I have a ps3 SS. Powers on but wont power off no matter what If I hold the button it stays on. the display comes on sometimes and others not. The power button turns on but then wont work at all but after some time it starts making noise but doesn't power off or reset. Then the display disappears and light blinks green.

Can you share a video with us regarding this? When it’s blinking and all? Is the PS3 Super Slim up to date?? If yes, you could try to reinstall it. Is it the 12GB or 500GB one?
