Can you give us more description about what is wrong with your phone? When you say "light issues", are you talking about the phone's backlight or the flashlight? What makes you think an IC is broken? Are you saying it isn't a problem with whatever light you're talking about, but rather with a chip on the motherboard? Why do you think that?
