Touch bar flashing fixes

hi everyone, I have a 2017 MacBook Pro 13" and it has some problems: the touchbar, I love it but lately it started flashing green when something is displayed on it and it's brightness is low or like when I don't touch the Mac for some minutes and the touchbar shutdown it flashes like there's a mini rave, I've done all the resets I could've done but the problem is still there, if I replace the touchbar by myself, will the problem be resolved? I've read some posts that this could've been a software issue. I've noticed that by removing all the elements on the touchbar the flashing stops but given the fact that I could buy a new touchbar for 25 euros I think it would be worth it to replace the touchbar(if the problem would be fixed by doing that)

This is a hard one to nail down. There are two possibilities, the panel itself has failed with micro fracturing due to something heavy banging on it or even heavy pressure from your fingers where the upper uppercase is a bit thin so it’s flexing under the pressure so over a period of time the panel fatigues. The other is the cable unit either became damaged or a solder joint if failing either at the connector or the components which are on it. I would first try the cheaper and easier which is the cable MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Late 2016-2019) Touch Bar Display Cable then replace the panel.

thanks for the response, the touchbar I was looking at didn't include the cable, I found another one for 35€ on ebay that includes the cable so I'll try that, hope this isn't an software issue given the fact that over the last week it got a bit worse, from just being a 3 cm flashing bar it got about 7-8 cm near the touch id sensor.
