How to unlock bootloader? HMD aura.

Trying to unlock the bootloader with my HMD aura and no luck. Only support centre is on the other side of my country. HMD support is saying take it to the centre but it's just too far. Shouldn't be this hard. If anyone can help that would be great. Cheers
