Why wont my system do anything?
I have a bose sound system model awrcc1. The screen stays on and shows the time, but that's about it. When you press the aux button on the remote, the time gets brighter for a second and then goes normal again, the power button dosent do anything, and all the other buttons do the same thing, making the screen go black. If you press the am/fm button, sometimes it will display a frequency, then go Black for a second, then go back to the time. If you press any other buttons, it will just go Black for a second and then go back to the time.

Are you familiar with electronic repairs, using a multimeter, disassembling the unit to diagnose problems with and without power? There are several youtube videos for help. There may be a Bose forum, sharing info, repairs and parts support for outdated Bose sound systems.
