Hisense 55QD5N Shows black screen as 2nd display
I bought a Hisense 55QD5N for a second display Windows 10. I am running a display port to HDMI cable to my primary monitor LGCX9 55. When I connect HDMI cable to Hisense as second display Windows recognizes the display, but Hisense only displays black screen. I can drag an app off the screen to the Hisense but it doesn't display.
If I run HDMI to Hisense as primary display it works fine.
If I run HDMI to other LG tv as secondary display it works fine.
Did two factory resets and firmware update. Hisense confirmed it can run 3840 x 2160. Tried changing the resolution and refresh rate but no luck.
Called Hisense and supposedly someone is supposed to be coming out. I have a feeling there are not going to be able to resolve this issue.

So the Hisense tech came out and replaced the motherboard. Same issue. Looking further I notice that the display acts as though it is not powered on. IE If I shut off my 2nd LG the display acts similar. But the OS identifies the Hisense TV. At this point I am thinking it is the firmware or the O/S.
