Flashlight not working after back glass removal

Hey guys so trying out an iPhone XR back glass replacement with just a heat gun, everything seemed to be fine until after I was done the glass I noticed and flashlight no longer worked, but the camera did, before doing the glass removal everything worked. So I tested out the same camera on another XR and both the camera and flashlight work on that XR. So I’m wondering what I should do, did I maybe overheat some flex cable? Any suggestions on what I can replace?

It could just be the flash itself was overheated. Or event that glass severed the cable during removal(although it’s quite protected in this model from back glass getting into the phone in that area. The flash is part of the flex cable that also contains all the buttons as well as the rear microphone. If the flash is the only thing that doesn’t work, replacing that cable is the first thing I would try.
