After digging into this a bit more, it appears that component is part of an assembly called the thermoblock. I assume it has to do with heating the water, thus giving the power transistor a reason for being. I don't see any indications that the thermoblock is sold in anything less than a complete assembly; in other words it doesn't look like you can buy just the part you've shown in your photo; rather you have to buy the whole assembly.
I didn't do an extensive search for the part, but here's one page I found showing a picture of it; the part on the right side looks like what you are seeking.
Thermoblock 230v Nespresso FL300204
That's the part number, FL300204, if you want to search it out yourself. It states this is a 230V part, so obviously it's not for use here in the United States; please verify the voltage is correct for your particular model.

Hi Gregorio,
Can you post more pictures of this thing from different angles? I admit you've got me stumped as to what it might be; all I can make out is what appears to be a power transistor that looks pretty fried to me. Perhaps more views might help us make out what it's supposed to be. It would also help if you could add the model number of your Nespresso.
What happened to get it in this state?
