The suspension rods are usually the problem with the tub banging during operation.
Here's a video that shows how to replace them.
Search online for DC97-16350U to find other suppliers that may suit you better. (Samsung p/n for suspension rods for the model).
Note: Search for the manufacturer's part number (if possible) when looking for parts rather than the appliance model number as this way you get results for more suppliers as the same part can be used in other models also. Apologies if you know to do this already.
Here's a parts list for a model within the series that may also help, just in case you ever need more parts. I linked this because there are seven variants and some have a few more parts than others.
I couldn't find the service manual for your particular model but this manual should be close enough if further problems arise. Also there's this video that may possibly help as well.
