Apple's sixth-generation smartwatch, with optional cellular connectivity, released September 18, 2020. Model A2376, 44 mm.

Watch not displaying battery level properly.

I just installed a new battery and the watch will only display 100% or 1%. It works fine and for a good amount of time, but doesn't give me much warning when it is gonna need charging.

Is there anything I can do to get the watch to display the actual power level or am I stuck with this?

Might be an issue with the battery monitoring circuitry

That doesn't sound like something I can fix.

I’m having the same problem too and it sometimes happens with the watch powering off after only about 4 hours because it goes to 1%

I'm still having the problem. i was hoping it would fix itself but sadly it has not. I'm not sure if it is my fault, maybe i hit something while i was inside the watch.

I’m going to press ahead and get yet another battery replacement from ifixit and see if that works? I was able to get apple to run the diagnostic test in the Apple Store and it passed it.
