Battery screw not opening
My PS3 console battery terminal screws not opening had applied lubricant many times

Hi!
What is meant with "Battery Terminal"? Do you mean the power supply? If yes, in our teardown you can see how this need to be done.
The teardown: PlayStation 3 Slim Teardown (please follow step 12 and step 13).
From here it should come off easily and so you should be able to continue.

Yes power supply screws along the ends
To open up the power supply, there is just 1 screw in the middle.

Cover screws , HD screw got opened but can’t understand why power supply screws not opening
I applied lubrication on screws several times but they remain stubborn

Do you actually want to open the power supply, or remove it? To open the PSU, there is just 1 screw. The rest are clips holding it in place!
