replaced battery depleting rapidly

i replaced my macbook air 13 inch, early 2015 battery, as it was running out of power in a few hours.

I replaced it with IFIXIT battery, it seemed to work well for the 1st few days. since then it has begun to run out of power at the same rate. even when the compute is shut down, and restarted the power is decreased, substantially than when it was shut down.

On standby power is depleted within a few hours

The first step would be to do a SMC & PRAM Reset and see if that made any difference.

Then install coconutBattery and post the reports on here for us to see.

It might be a good idea to test with both v3.918 & v4.01 depending on what OS your running on the unit.
