Is Not turning on
My phone is not turning on and showing nothing on screen but when I push power botton after some sec it make a little noise but nothing on screen

Does the phone indicate that the battery is being charged, when the correct charger is connected to the phone?
Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?
