check if any EZ debug LEDs are turned on, on the motherboard.

Go to p.24 of the user manual to see where they're located on the board

first check your blue cable adapter connect to your graphic port, if still it doesn't work , then to my suggestion check your RAM , maybe there is dust inside the ram port or one of the ram is not working

If the PC is turning on with a display and Windows is the OS check that the USB Root Hub Power management setting "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is unchecked.

Go to Device Manager¹ → Universal Serial Bus controllers → right click on a USB Root Hub entry in the list → Properties → Power Management → Uncheck the setting → OK.

Do this for all the Root Hub entries listed under the category.

Once completed, close any open windows and then restart the PC in the normal manner and then check if the USB port works OK.

¹ To get to Device Manager in Win10/Win11, press the Win key + x key (both keys together) and click on the Device Manager link in the menu box
