Headset Audio working but the microphone not working

The Headset microphone works properly with my other DualShock 4 (CUH-ZCT1U) but it doesn’t work with the DualShock 4 (CUH-ZCT2E) it only works if I have the mic literally on my lips (with the audio being weird obviously)
