Not able to make a call or receive a call, only if I turn it off and on again it works

How long does it work for i.e. making and receiving calls, before you have to turn off/on the phone again?
Try using the phone in safe mode and check if it works OK without having to turn off/on the phone. Allow some time to be sure in case it is a random problem.
