I ordered a 14 digit SN Bluetooth replacement board for my xbox series S and it only has a 12 digit serial number. Will it work? Or should I return/replace it?

Best thing to do is to return it and get yourself the right one. Most likely the new part won't work. It need to correct model for your device.
